Terms of use and sale

Version dated 18 September 2026 — applies to new acceptances. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms accepted when they were placed and mandatory law.

Article 1: General provisions

Access to the O-liste website (https://www.o-liste.net) and the information it contains is entirely subject to the conditions below. The website www.o-liste.net, hereafter referred to as “O-liste”, is hosted by Monarobase.
The website is created and managed by Lyngua, whose registered office is at
rue Henri Maus, 66
4000 Liège
Belgium
Company number: BE 0564.779.728 – Email: lyngua@o-liste.net.

If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please leave the website immediately and do not use it in any way. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Article 2: Intellectual property

Elements created by O-liste are protected by intellectual property rights. Content added by users or supplied by third parties remains subject to its owners’ rights. Its presence online, in a list or example is not permission to reuse it. Any use must comply with the applicable licence or statutory exceptions. O-liste does not claim ownership of users’ images.

Article 3: Website content

The website www.o-liste.net is updated regularly, and great care is taken to check the relevance of its information. However, O-liste cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, integrity, timeliness, precision or completeness of all the information it contains.

Article 4: Website management

Users must comply with the law and third-party rights. O-liste may restrict content or an account for legal reasons or a breach of these terms, proportionately to the seriousness and recurrence of the facts. Article 19 explains reports and decisions. In particular, you agree to:
  • not to use the information unlawfully;
  • not to use this website in any way that damages, alters, interrupts, stops or reduces its effectiveness;
  • not to use this website to transmit or send computer viruses or unlawful, illicit or inappropriate content, including, but not limited to, obscene information or information harmful to public order;
  • not to use this website to infringe in any way the rights of any individual, legal entity or association, including, but not limited to, privacy and intellectual property rights;
  • not to use this website to send or transmit promotional or advertising content.
General information on O-liste does not replace appropriate professional advice. Liability is governed by Article 15; no clause removes mandatory legal protections.

Article 5: Newsletter

Voluntary newsletter registration authorises the requested messages. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing lyngua@o-liste.net, without affecting prior lawful processing.

Article 6: Use of cookies

The site uses session cookies and, if you request to stay signed in, remembered-login cookies for 30 days. These support authentication and the functionality requested. External content you choose to open may transmit data to its provider. Non-essential trackers require prior consent where required by law. You can delete cookies in your browser, which may sign you out.

Article 7: Hyperlinks

The website www.o-liste.net links to other websites for information only. We strongly advise you to read those websites’ privacy policies. O-liste accepts no responsibility for the practices or information of websites visitors can access through links on its own website.

Article 8: Privacy protection

Lyngua, at the contact details in Article 1, controls processing for accounts, orders and reports. Identity and contact details, content, order and payment information, connection data and correspondence are used to provide the service (contract), comply with legal obligations, secure the service and handle disputes (legitimate interest), and send requested newsletters (consent). Hosting, email and payment providers access the data needed for their tasks. Content made public by users is accessible to visitors; do not publish other people’s data without a legal basis.
Data is retained while the service is provided, then only as necessary for legal retention obligations, security and defending legal claims, within applicable time limits. Acceptance records, reports and decisions are kept to establish commitments and handle challenges; their necessity must be reviewed when a case closes. Under the GDPR’s conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and may withdraw consent. Contact: lyngua@o-liste.net. Replies are normally provided within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be). Mandatory fields are needed to process the request; without them it cannot be fulfilled. External providers such as PayPal or Google may process data outside the EEA depending on the service and applicable safeguards; consult their policies before use.

Article 9: Terms of sale

These terms of sale apply to all contracts between us and any buyer, whether a consumer or professional, wishing to make a purchase through our website.
Purchasing goods or services through this website implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms of sale.
These terms of sale take precedence over any other general or specific terms that we have not expressly accepted.
We reserve the right to change our terms of sale at any time. The terms applicable to an order are those in force on the date the buyer places it.

Article 10: Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on our website. Each product has a description prepared by O-liste.
O-liste cannot guarantee how much money a list will collect.

Article 11: Prices

Product and service prices shown on the website are in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. However, the prices applicable to an order are those in force when it is confirmed.

Article 12: Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to statutory extensions where information is missing. Send a clear statement identifying the order to lyngua@o-liste.net or the address in Article 1. The form below is optional. O-liste refunds amounts due within 14 days of being informed of withdrawal, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise without fees. Expressly requesting early activation does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal. Payment or activation does not automatically waive it. Applicable statutory guarantees for digital services remain available.

Article 13: Payment terms

Payment uses the methods offered at checkout, including bank transfer or PayPal. The order summary states the total price and selected service. For early activation on a promise to pay by transfer, payment is due within 7 calendar days. The terms and request for early performance are accepted separately; the version and acceptance date are recorded.

Article 14: Product validity

O-liste undertakes to continue operating for one year from the date the list is ordered. Products remain active for as long as O-liste exists. Users can change their list and its settings at any time, except for bank details, which can no longer be changed six months after the list is activated.

Article 15: Liability

O-liste is responsible for its own obligations under applicable law, including statutory digital-service guarantees. Users are responsible for the content they supply and must have the necessary rights. Payment grants no rights to third-party images. The hosting liability regime depends on O-liste’s actual role and statutory conditions; no general immunity is promised. No clause excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. Buyers must have legal capacity; minors require their legal representative’s involvement.

Article 16: Evidence

Electronic evidence may be used within legal limits. O-liste records the accepted terms version, date, account and order, and requested confirmations. These records may be challenged by any admissible means of proof.

Article 17: Applicable law

Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence where provided by law. Jurisdiction follows applicable legal rules, including consumer protections. Complaints may be sent to lyngua@o-liste.net; this does not remove the right to bring court proceedings.

Article 18: User images and content

Before publishing, users must own the content or have permission covering reproduction, hosting and distribution, together with necessary permissions for people depicted. Licence conditions, including credits and usage restrictions, must be respected. An image found through a search engine is not necessarily reusable.

Users grant O-liste a non-exclusive permission limited to providing the service and its duration, to store, reproduce, technically resize and display content according to chosen visibility settings. It covers necessary technical providers and the international access inherent in the Internet, without ownership transfer or separate advertising permission. Copies retained after deletion may only serve temporary backups or justified legal and evidentiary obligations.

Article 19: Reports and restrictions

Anyone may report content using the form below or lyngua@o-liste.net. Provide the exact address, specific reasons, contact details and a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete. For copyright, identify the work and your authority to act. This email is also the electronic contact point for users and authorities.

O-liste reviews reports diligently, objectively and proportionately, without automatic removal merely on complaint. Once unlawful content is identified, O-liste acts expeditiously to remove or disable access to it. Where required by law, the affected person receives a reasoned decision explaining its basis, scope and avenues of challenge. Repeated infringements may lead to proportionate account suspension. Statutory refund rights remain applicable.

Challenges with the reference and supporting information may be sent to lyngua@o-liste.net for human review. Judicial remedies and, where applicable, DSA out-of-court remedies remain available. The reporter’s contact details are only disclosed to the user where necessary and legally justified.
